Your night out can change a student's future. Throughout the year, restaurants and bars across Cedarburg team up with the Cedarburg Community Scholarship Fund to turn your dinner, drinks, or takeout order into scholarship dollars for graduating seniors.

Here's the best part: it costs you nothing extra. Grab dinner with the family, meet friends for happy hour, or pick up your favorite takeout order. Just show up, eat well, and a portion of your bill goes straight to funding local scholarships.

Every participating spot brings its own flavor to the cause, from handcrafted cocktails to seasonal specials to hometown comfort food. Check our calendar for upcoming dates, round up your crew, and make plans. One dinner really can help send a Cedarburg student to college.

For Restaurants & Bars: How It Works

Want to turn your regular business day into a fundraiser for local students? The Cedarburg Community Scholarship Fund is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, so your contribution is tax deductible and goes directly toward scholarships for Cedarburg's graduating seniors. Here's how partnering with us works:

  1. Pick a date. Choose a day (or a few hours) that works for your business. Many partners run their event for a full day; others choose a dinner rush or a slower weeknight to drive extra traffic.

  2. Set your give-back percentage. You decide how much of the day's sales to donate, typically 10 to 20 percent of pre-tax purchases. Some partners include dine-in and takeout; others extend it to gift card sales too.

  3. We help spread the word. Once your date is confirmed, CCSF promotes your event on our website, social media, and community calendar, and we can supply a flyer template with your logo and details.

  4. Host your event. Guests dine like normal. Many partners ask customers to mention CCSF or show a flyer at checkout, but that's entirely up to you and how you want to track it.

  5. Send in your donation. After the event, tally your total and send your contribution to CCSF. As a 501(c)(3), we'll provide a donation receipt for your records, and we'll make sure your business gets a shoutout for supporting local students.
